We’ve created the ultimate challenge for kids to explore at their pace. The Little Ninja course is a fun place for kids in St. Louis because the first level of the Adventure Tower is dedicated exclusively to our younger guests. Parents or caregivers can observe their kid's climb for free and follow along with them throughout the course.

Not sure climbing is for you? No worries! There’s fun for everyone at RYZE!
  1. Observe First: See how everything works for your friends and family before you decide to climb yourself.

  2. Staircase: Head up our enclosed staircase to observe your group from the level they are on (instead of from the ground) so you can cheer them on in comfort.

  3. Observation Deck ($6): Bypass the climbing elements, take in the views, relax, and watch all the climbing action from the top level of the tower.

With thrilling activities, climbing, and swinging, the Little Ninja Course in St. Louis is designed to provide a safe and fun experience for children. They’ll have a blast as they trek past obstacles and overtake every hurdle in their way.

We also offer a more challenging course for the big kids (48" and taller). The Adventure Tower is a 4-story playground in the sky with over 100 obstacles, two ziplines, and a 40’ drop for those who want a thrilling adrenaline rush!

Safety Is Our Top Priority

Climb with Confidence

The Little Ninja Course utilizes a continuous belay system. All participants wear a harness attached to an overhead cable that extends throughout the course. So, your little ones are secured to our safety system the entire time they are on the course.


Our fully-trained guides are stationed strategically to assist you if you need help.

Requirements

Make sure you're ready to roll before booking. 
Weight & Height
Adventure Tower
WEIGHT: Guests must weigh between 35-265 lbs. to access the Adventure Tower.
HEIGHT: 
48" - 55" tall - A Supervising Companion is required for access to the adventure tower (100 different challenges and free fall). Cannot access the ziplines.
56" or taller - Full access to adventure tower and ziplines.

Little Ninjas
WEIGHT: no minimum weight requirement, but must be able to properly fit into provided harness.
HEIGHT: must be LESS than 48" tall.
Health
Guests should be in good health*. Guests must be able to reach their arms above their head and place their hand on the cable above them. Participation is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, illegal or legal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities.

*Ryze Adventure Park adventures are designed for participants in good health. Guests who are pregnant, have recent, recurring or existing injuries, have a serious musculoskeletal disorder, epilepsy or a seizure disorder that does not permit them to drive, have hemophilia or are currently taking high doses of a blood thinning medication or anticoagulant, have a known health condition that requires immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency, or are using prescription medications that may limit their abilities to, are advised to consult with their physician before participation. Due to the nature of our activities and for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
Waiver
Every participant must sign a Liability & Release Waiver. Participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent.
Age & Supervision
Adventure Tower
Anyone under 56” tall must be accompanied by a participating Supervising Companion. Supervising Companions must be at least 14 years old and 56" tall. Supervising Companions may accompany a maximum of 2 children under 56” tall on the course.

Little Ninjas
Little Ninjas (guests under 48" tall) must always have a Supervising Companion with them. Supervision can take place from the ground and does not require a ticket.
Attire
GLOVES: Gloves are REQUIRED for the adventure tower and ziplines (NOT required for Little Ninjas). Gloves must be well-fitting and provide some grip. A glove rental fee is added to each ticket. Guests can opt to bring their own gloves (and remove the glove fee) or upgrade to purchase a pair to keep.

SHOES: Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. For your safety, we will NOT allow Crocs, Chacos, flip-flops, sandals, or slip-ons.


CLOTHES: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather/activity.

Ground School
Staff will teach and coach Ground School at the start of the course. All guests will be required to pass Ground School to be permitted to continue through the remainder of the course.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required but highly recommended to ensure availability.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check-in. Your adventure starts promptly at the time you've reserved, and we cannot guarantee accommodation for late arrivals.
Is it safe?
The safety and security of our guests is a top priority at RYZE Adventure Park. Our Adventure Tower uses  the smart belay system, a technology designed for each climber to engage carabiners at the entrance of the tower stairs that will not unclip fully until the climber has returned to the bottom level of the stairs.  
While there are inherent risks in outdoor recreational activities and extreme sports, we provide guests with the instructional skills training they need to engage in activities. Additionally, we have signage throughout the park to direct your adventure and our trained RYZE guides are stationed throughout the park to assist and monitor your experience.

How difficult is the course?
Our Adventure Tower creates a safe interactive atmosphere that features 4 levels and 100+ challenge elements that range from very easy to extremely difficult. Our course uniquely allows you to pick and choose your desired route. You decide how high you go and how hard you want to course to be.
Is there an entrance fee?
No. The Adventure Park is free for those accompanying a paid guest. Guests only pay to use the waiver-based activities at the park, such as the Adventure Tower, Observation Tower Pass, Mini-golf, etc. 
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We want you to book with confidence! Our Flexible Cancellation Policy allows you to reschedule or get a full refund (your choice!) up to 24 hours before your booked activity time.

What happens if it rains?
The Adventure Park is open rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather! If you don’t want to climb in the rain, you may always reschedule for a later time in the day or for a different day even if we remain open.

We do monitor for lightning, heavy rain, high winds, snow and ice, and will close the course as necessary to keep our guests and staff safe.

What is ziplining?
Ziplining is an exciting activity where adventure-goers slide along a steel cable while wearing a full-body harness that is connected to a safety system that has metal "wheels" that roll along the cable between two elevated platforms.

How do you stop while ziplining?
The RYZE zipline utilizes a traditional design that uses gravity to slow you down as you move along the cable and approach the "landing platform."
