Arrive Early

Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation start time so we can prep you for your adventure.

Fill Out A Waiver

All ticketed activities require a waiver including mini golf and observation deck. Be sure everyone in your group has completed a waiver. Please use the link provided in the confirmation email sent to the individual who made your reservation.

Take a break

Our cafe is open for snacks and refreshments if you wish to recharge while you are here. We advise drinking fluids and bringing water with you to stay hydrated, especially on warm days.

What to Know

Adventure Tower

supervision: for guests under 56"

Climbers under 4' 8" (56") must adventure along with a paid Supervising Companion (age 14+ & 56" or taller) on the Adventure Tower. Additionally, climbers must be 4' 8" to participate on the ziplines. See below for more information about the Little Ninja Course.

Shoes

Closed toe, closed heel, fully enclosed tight-fitting shoes are REQUIRED. For your safety, we will NOT allow crocs, chacos, flip-flops, sandals, or slip-ons.

Attire

Wear comfortable clothing. Lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing is best. You may get a little dirty so feel free to bring a change of clothing for the ride home.

Weather

Please check the weather forecast and come prepared for hot, windy or cold conditions depending upon the time of year. We recommend dressing in layers. If it rains you may want to have an extra change of clothes.

Gloves

Gloves are REQUIRED for the adventure tower and ziplines. Gloves must be well-fitting and provide some grip. A glove rental fee is added to each ticket. Guests can opt to bring their own gloves (and remove the glove fee) or upgrade to purchase a pair to keep.

Safety

Please tie back long hair, wear clothing to cover your waist and thighs (longer shorts are more comfortable when wearing a harness) and body jewelry should be removed or taped over.

Jewelry

You will NOT be permitted to wear necklaces, loop earrings, rings, or other jewelry that may result in injury during the climbing activities.

Phones

We encourage you to take pictures but for everyone's safety, it's required that you use our special lanyard to reduce the possibility of dropping your phone. You can purchase one online or at RYZE for $6.

Lockers

For your safety and others, we do not allow anything in your pockets. We offer free-to-use lockers.

Little Ninja Course

SUPERVISION: Little Ninjas

Children on the Little Ninja Course, require an unpaid chaperone/parent to supervise.

Parents or caregivers will observe their kid's climb (for free!) and follow along with them throughout the course.

Non-Climbers

Alternate Activities

We have a covered patio, mini golf, observation deck (stair access), and concessions area for those who are not climbing.

Viewing Options

You are welcome to observe from the bottom of the tower as well. If you are not climbing, you have 2 options:

1. You may watch for free from the ground on our covered patio or anywhere from the ground level on the exterior of the Adventure Tower.

2. You may buy an Observation Pass for $6 (a waiver is required). This includes a stairway that has great views of the Adventure Tower levels and a 1300 sq. ft. viewing deck on top of the tower with some fantastic views. You do not have to wear a harness.

Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change! With our Flexible Cancellation Policy, you can reschedule or get a full refund (your choice!) up to 24 hours before your booked activity time. Need to cancel day-of? No worries. Just contact us before your schedule adventure time and we can apply a gift card credit for future use. (Please note that separate cancellation policies apply for large group reservations.)

Weather Policy

We love adventure, and a little rain won’t stop us! Our adventures run in all kinds of weather, so be sure to dress accordingly. However, safety comes first—if extreme winds or lightning make it unsafe to continue, our Manager on Duty may decide to cancel or delay an adventure.

If we have to cancel your adventure time, don’t worry! You’ll either receive a full refund or a rain check voucher, depending on the situation. Sometimes, we may pause the adventure for up to an hour to let the weather pass before getting back to the fun. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to share an unforgettable experience with you!
